Today is December 2nd, and I am currently reading up on inspirational weight-loss ideas. That’s right. It’s not January 1st. It’s December 2nd.
I don’t want to give up yet. I don’t want to give in to the “holiday weight”. I want to not let the next couple of months meddle with my entire spring of “getting back into it”. I want to start now.
I have been reading this really good blog: http://www.canyoustayfordinner.com/about/ where she gives a REAL view on what the focus should be for weight loss. It makes so much sense and I can relate to her struggle with losing vs. gaining.
Update: Today has been good so far. I was very tired and had a hard time getting up in the morning, but I think it is due to traveling and not being on schedule.
